About the event
Most camps play games. We build athletes.
This camp is designed specifically for middle school athletes who want to get stronger, faster, and more confident before high school.
Athletes will learn proper strength training technique, improve speed and coordination, and develop a strong athletic foundation in a structured, supportive environment.
What makes this program different:
• We teach proper technique first (starting with dowels before adding weight)
• We focus on real speed mechanics, not just running drills
• Small group coaching for individual attention
• Built for long-term athletic development, not random workouts
Who this is for:
• 6th–8th grade athletes
• All sports (football, soccer, lacrosse, baseball, etc.)
• Beginners to intermediate athletes
Location: Middletown High School North
Dates: July 6–17
