It’s easy to get pulled in by cool workout videos and trendy camps on social media. The energy looks exciting, the drills look flashy, and it feels like a perfect fit for your child.
But when it comes to your child’s safety, development, and confidence, experience and credentials matter most.
Would You Choose a Doctor Based on a Cool Video?
If you needed surgery, would you pick a doctor just because you saw an impressive reel on Instagram?
Probably not.
You’d want to know about their education, certifications, experience, and track record. You’d want to be confident that you were in good hands.
Choosing a coach or trainer for your child shouldn’t be any different.
Trendy Doesn’t Always Mean Qualified
After many years in the fitness industry, I can tell you: just because a workout looks exciting online doesn’t mean it’s safe, smart, or being led by a qualified professional.
Unfortunately, the fitness world is full of smokescreens, and sometimes even well-meaning trainers focus more on what looks good than on what’s best for the athlete.
As a licensed educator, certified coach, and parent, I believe your child deserves more than flashy drills and trendy hashtags. They deserve real coaching from real professionals who take their development seriously.
What Sets Power & Pride Strength Camp Apart
When you trust us with your child, you’re not just getting another camp.
You’re getting a team that brings:
Over 40 years of combined coaching experience
Master’s degrees in Education and Exercise Science
Nationally recognized certifications in youth strength and conditioning
A genuine commitment to long-term athletic development and safety
We aren’t just passionate — we’re qualified, and we never stop working to sharpen our craft because your kids deserve nothing less.
Empower Yourself: Ask the Right Questions
Before you sign up for any summer program, I encourage you to ask the coaches or trainers:
✅ What’s your background and education?
✅ Are you certified in strength and conditioning?
✅ How much experience do you have working with middle school athletes?
You have every right to ask these questions. In fact, you owe it to yourself and your children to ask.
If the answers are clear, confident, and credentialed — that’s a good sign. If they’re vague or defensive, trust your gut and keep looking.
We Take Your Trust Seriously
At Power & Pride Strength & Speed Camp, we want you to feel confident that your kids are in the right hands. We take pride in the fact that we’re not just "running a camp" — we’re coaching young athletes with purpose, knowledge, and care.
✅ Safe environment
✅ Proven methods
✅ Expert coaching
Give your child the advantage they deserve this summer — trained by professionals who treat it like the serious responsibility it is.
We look forward to working with your family.
