If your middle schooler is lacking strength, speed, or confidence… this might be the opportunity you didn’t know they needed. And today — Wednesday, May 15th — is the final day to save with our Early Bird pricing.
Power & Pride Strength & Speed camp is quietly becoming one of the most impactful summer experiences for kids in grades 6–8. It’s not loud. It’s not flashy. It’s not about gimmicks. It’s about building a sustainable foundation.
Over the last few summers, our camp has helped kids:
Build real, age-appropriate strength
Improve running mechanics and movement skills
Gain confidence in their bodies and their abilities
Train like athletes in a safe, encouraging environment
Whether your child is already an athlete or just needs a boost in physical confidence, Power & Pride is designed for them. It’s not about being the strongest or the fastest — it’s about learning how to move well, work hard, and believe in themselves.
📅 Camp Details
Dates: July 7–25 (attend 1, 2, or all 3 weeks)
Location: Middletown North High School
Who: Rising 6th–8th Graders (no experience necessary)
What They’ll Learn: Proper lifting techniques, sprint mechanics, agility, coordination, and mental toughness
💥 Why Parents Love It:
It’s run by certified coaches and licensed educators
It’s based on Long-Term Athletic Development (LTAD) — not quick fixes
Kids are grouped by ability and taught with patience and care
They come home tired, proud, and excited to come back
We believe middle school is the most critical window to build physical literacy, movement confidence, and habits that stick. That’s why we created this program to give kids the tools they’re often missing in youth sports or generic fitness classes.
🚨 Final Chance to Save
Tonight is the Early Bird deadline. After midnight, pricing increases and spots will begin to fill quickly.
➡️ If you’ve been thinking about it, now’s the time.➡️ If your child could benefit from improved strength, speed, or confidence — this is it.
