If your middle schooler could use more strength, speed, or confidence — I want to tell you about something that might just be the best thing you do for them this summer.
I run the Power & Pride Strength & Speed Camp, and today — Thursday, May 15th — is the final day to lock in Early Bird pricing.
This isn’t your average summer camp. It’s not gimmicky, it’s not a babysitting service, and it’s not about running kids into the ground. It’s a foundational training experience designed specifically for middle school athletes — grades 6 through 8
— and it’s quietly becoming one of the most valuable things we offer in our community.
Here’s what we focus on:
Teaching kids how to train the right way
Building real, age-appropriate strength
Improving sprint mechanics, agility, and movement skills
Helping them gain confidence in themselves and their bodies
Doing all of that in a safe, encouraging environment
Some of the kids who come to us already play sports. Others just want to feel better in their own skin. Either way — they leave stronger, faster, and more confident than when they walked in.
Camp Details:
📍 Location: Middletown North High School📅 Dates: July 7–25 (pick 1, 2, or all 3 weeks)🎯 Who: Rising 6th–8th Graders💡 What We Teach: Lifting technique, sprinting, agility, coordination, and mental toughness

🚨 Final Reminder:

➡️ If your child wants to get stronger and faster...➡️ If you want them to build real confidence in a positive environment...
