What I Wish I Had in Middle School

Finding strength and resilience during the middle school years.
Finding strength and resilience during the middle school years.

If you’re a parent, you probably remember what middle school felt like.

That weird, in-between stage where nothing felt right — your body, your confidence, your place on the team. You wanted to feel strong, fast, capable… but no one was showing you how.

I created Power & Pride Camp to fix that.

What’s Missing

Most middle schoolers are told to try harder, move faster, get tougher. But they’re rarely taught how to move well. How to train properly. How to gain confidence through action.

They’re left to figure it out — or give up.

What We Build Instead

At Power & Pride, we coach:

  • Strength, not just sweat

  • Movement, not just drills

  • Confidence, not just conditioning

And we do it with coaches who are certified, experienced, and trained to work with this exact age group.

Because when a kid learns how to move well and feel strong, they carry that into everything — sports, school, life.

Final Word:

This camp isn’t about turning kids into stars. It’s about giving them something you probably wish you had — and setting them up to love movement for life.
