The Parent Reality
Most kids today aren’t moving enough, even if they play sports.
They spend more time sitting, scrolling, gaming, and watching, and less time running, jumping, climbing, and exploring movement.
Parents notice awkward running, poor coordination, low confidence, quick fatigue, and higher injury risk.
This isn’t a motivation issue, it’s a development gap.

The middle school years are the window to learn how to move well, develop speed safely, build strength the right way, and gain confidence.
Our camp is built on Long-Term Athletic Development (LTAD), prioritizing movement quality, skill acquisition, and long-term success.

Why This Matters – Long Term Athletic Development (LTAD)
Athletic development doesn't start in high school.

What Makes This Camp Different
This isn't adult training shrunk down.
We don’t rush kids, max them out, or chase trends. We focus on movement quality before intensity, skill before load, and confidence before competition.

A typical day includes:
-
Dynamic warm-ups and movement preparation to improve coordination and body awareness
-
Speed fundamentals through sprint drills, games, and technique work
-
Introductory strength training using bodyweight, light resistance, and proper movement patterns
-
Active play and athletic games that build agility, balance, and confidence
-
Group challenges that encourage effort, teamwork, and fun

Athletes are coached, corrected, and encouraged — not pushed or rushed.
No experience is required. Every athlete progresses at their own pace.

What a Typical Session Looks Like
Every session is structured, purposeful, and fun — while still feeling approachable and age-appropriate.
